Mobile Terms & SMS Consent
Overview
Mason Street Auto Care may send SMS (text) messages to your mobile phone number for purposes including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box (where applicable), you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Mason Street Auto Care at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may withdraw your consent at any time. See the opt-out instructions below.
Message Types
We may send you the following types of messages:
• Appointment confirmations: confirming the date, time, and scope of your scheduled service. • Appointment reminders: reminders sent before your scheduled appointment. • Service updates: notifications about your vehicle's service status, including when your vehicle is ready for pickup. • Promotional messages: special offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions (only if you have opted in to receive marketing messages). • Account-related messages: messages related to your account or service history.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Typically, you may receive up to 4 messages per appointment cycle (confirmation, reminder, status update, and completion notice). Promotional messages are sent no more than 4 times per month.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by any of the following methods:
• Reply STOP to any message from us. • Text STOP to (970) 416-1234. • Contact us via email at josh@masonstreetauto.com. • Let us know in person at our shop.
After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out request. You will not receive further messages unless you re-subscribe.
If you opt back in by texting a keyword such as START, you will resume receiving messages.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message rates and data charges from your mobile carrier may apply to messages we send you. Check with your carrier for details on your messaging plan and rates. We are not responsible for any carrier charges you may incur.
Supported Carriers
Our messaging service works with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their respective MVNOs. We cannot guarantee delivery to all carriers or all wireless devices.
Privacy
Your mobile phone number and any information collected through our SMS program are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
