Mason Street Auto Care provides automotive repair and maintenance services at our Fort Collins, Colorado location. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of your vehicle and parts availability. We will always contact you for approval before performing any work beyond the originally agreed-upon scope.

All service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided, unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change based on parts availability and market conditions.

We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure timely service. Walk-in service is available on a first-come, first-served basis but is subject to availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, personal checks (with valid ID), and major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

We also accept digital payment methods. For larger repair jobs, we may offer payment plans. Please ask our staff for details.

Mason Street Auto Care warrants that repair services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific warranty terms vary by service and parts used. Please ask your service advisor for warranty details on specific repairs.

Our warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship only. They do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mason Street Auto Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

By leaving your vehicle with us for service, you authorize Mason Street Auto Care to perform the agreed-upon repairs and any additional work that may be necessary for the safe operation of your vehicle, provided we contact you for approval first.

Vehicles not picked up within 30 days of service completion may be subject to storage fees. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before applying any such fees.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mason Street Auto Care and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
